Dr. Mehmet Akif Can is a legal expert with a PhD in Islamic finance and degrees from Bilgi, Marmara, and Istanbul universities. Fluent in Arabic and English, he has broad experience in international law, investment, and corporate management. He founded MAC & PARTNERS and the Ustad Nur al-Din Library, and has advised major institutions including the Saudi Consulate.
